FIGHT OVER ARMY RETRENCH-
Tokio, March 26.
Following considerable confusion as a result of the Opposition’s obstructive tactics against a resolution passed by the Lower House, urging retrenchment by 40,000,000 yen in the army appropriations the Diet formally prorogued on Saturday.
