EFFECT OF RECENT INSTRUCTIONS.

Wanganui, March 13. Instructions recently issued by the Education Department in regard to compulsory evening classes have caused concern in Wanganui. If carried into effect local technical colleges and probably all similar institutions outside the four large centres will have to close their doors to evening classes of all kinds. Tho Board of Governors is seeking some nlodification of the instructions.
