ARBITRATION COURT.
AMENDMENT TO ACT. Parliament Buildings, Oct, 17. The amendment to the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, whch has been introduced in the House, is quite a small measure, designed to overcome the difficulty which was experienced with regard to the appointment of a temporary representative when Mr. McCuHough resigned his office.
