WILHELM’S FINANCES.

A MUCH RESTRICTED INCOME. Amsterdam, Oct. 16. A statement issued on behalf of the ex-Kaiser, dealing with his financial position, states that the Prussian Government seized all the Ilohenzollern family’s private properties and meanwhile the Kaiser is living on money sent from Germany, which is converted into Dutch currency at a low rate of exchange. The ex-Kaiser has been forced to economise and further reduce his staff at Doorn and refuse requests from former courtiers and others for relief.—(A. and N.Z.)
