END OF SERBIAN RULER. London, Aug. 17. Obituary: Peter I. (Kara Georgevitch), King of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes.—(A. and N.Z.) (King Peter was born on July 12th, 1844, and was elected King of Serbia on June 15th, 1903, after the assassination of King Alexander and Queen Drags. He married in 1883 the late Princess Zorka of Montenegro. Prince Alexander is the heir to the throne.)
