GANDHI AND ALPS AGITATION. (Received 25. 8.55 a.m.) Delhi, July 23. Ghandi and the Ali Bros, are busy campaigning in Bombay presidency for the complete boycott of foreign cloth hv August’ 1. Numerous meetings are being hold daily. The audiences arc urged to destroy their clothes made ol foreign cloth, or despatch them somewhore outside India for relief of the poor,—(Renier.)
