REVOLTING MONGOLS.
MURE TROUBLE IN CHINA. Shanghai, February 14. Owing to the revolt of two generals, Tangshihyao, the ruler of Tunnan, has tied. The revolt weakens the southern position. Russian whites who were driven out of Siberia, joined the Mongols. The town of Urga, which had been besieged for months, has fTillen Hutuktu, “the living Buddha-.’’ escaped from the city before its fall and joined the revolting Mongols. The position in Chinese Mongolia is regarded as prccnricus.—(A. and N.Z.)
