SMUTS'S MAJORITY.
LEAD OF 22 OVER ALL. (Received 15, 12.55 p.m.) Capetown, Feb. 14. The last election return gives General Smuts a majority of twenty r -two ovei all possible combinations, even if lie loses two ties, which, however, he expects to win.—(Reuter.)
