(Own Correspondent.) ■ i\ meeting of the Takapau Ploughing I Match Club was held on Wednesday , evening to wind up matters resulting from the ploughing match recently ; field Mr. AV. Hobson presided, and i thero was a good attendance. A letter : was received from Air. Vi alden, of ■ Hastings, offering to donate two special ; Prizes for the horse events. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Air. ; Walden and to all those-who had given i donations as well as to those who hac* i worked to make the match a success i -V balance sheet submitted by the i Hon.'
