| H.B. REPRESENTATIVES. i The following is the Hawke’s Bay representative hockey team selected at present by Messrs Frederickson /Dannevirke), J. Fear (Hastings), and C. L. Thomas (Napier), to go to Auckland to play for the N.Z Shield : — J. Fear, goal; L. Davis, left back ; XV. Coekerill, right; H. Turner, right half; F. Bullock (Dannevirke), centre; S. Collinge (Hastings), left; H. Le Bas, right wing forward: S. Lamb (Hastings), inside right; C. Strack, centre; N. Jacobsen, inside left; A. Culliford, left wing.. Emergencies: Forwards, Carson snr., Dannevirke; back 4 Xlorgan, Dannevirke. Arrangements are being made to get- the team into training. The date of the match has not yet been fixed. ,
