INCREASED WAGES AWARDED. (Received 21, 9.15 a.m.) New York, July 20. T telegram from Chicago says that the Railway Labour Board awarded two million* dollars to organised employees, being an average increase of 21 "per cent, which will be retrospective from Mav Ist., aggregating six hundred million dollars. Employees demanded thirtv-five per cent.—(A. and N.Z.)
