(Own Correspondent.) The usual monthly meeting of the school committee was held last week. Present: Messrs. R. Mulcaster (chairman), H. Smith, C. Lean and C. Long. Mr. Mulcaster promised to give a hundred battens to the school and Mr. Smith, offered to supply staples. It was resolved to put up another barb wire round the boundary fence and to put in s; me more battens. The chairman was appointed a trustee of the committee funds. It was decided to ask Air. Mason Chambers to meet the committee in connection with the removal, of the front fence. Mr. Smith brought forward the ‘‘Bible in Schools” question. It was decided to discuss the matter again at next meeting.
