MR. MASSEY RETAINS MINES

(Spacial to ‘‘Tribune.”) Parliament Build'gs, July 12. The rearrangement of portfolios has not vet been finally decidedqppon, as the new Minister has yet to be appointed. It is ptobablo Mr. Massey will retain the portfolio of Mines which he took from Sir William Fraser. The Coalminers’ Conference and other business affecting mining interests have enabled Mr. Massey to gain an insight' into mining matters, and he has now more time since he surrendered the Board of Trade presidencv and the Labour portfolio. Sir William Fraser will remain a member of the Executive but without portfolio or salary.
