MULLER UNABLE TO FORM. DR. HEINZE TO MAKE ATTEMPT. (Received 14, 9.35 a.m.) Berlin, June 13. On Herr Mue’ler declaring that he would be unable to form a Cabinet, President Ebert, asked Dr. Heinze (Chairman of the People’s Party) to form a Ministry. The “Tageblatt” says Dr. Heinze was strenuously opposed to the Kipp coup and is more suitable to fill the role ■of mediator than most of his party friends. —(A. and .N.Z.) THE SADDLER PRESIDENT.
