The Government mobilised males between the ages of to 50 but arms are insufficient and food negliglible. Starvation is certain tin less the American Relief Committee helps.. The British remain passive onlookers. HaMl Pasha and Niiry Pasha have been summoned to Moscow to consult the Central Soviet.— (Times).
