OHURUKURA ESTATE.

Five lots in the Ohurukura Estate were offered at auction at Napier this morning by Air. A. E. Renouf, on behalf of Messrs. Hoadley, Son and Stewart, acting for Airs. Al. A. PerryThere was an attendance of about 100. Lot 1, containing 3550 acres with stockyards, was started at £5 and was sold to Air. C. J. Parker at £lO 10/-. Lot 2, containing 2530 acres, started at £6 and was knocked down to the same buyer at £7 15/-. Lot 3, containing 3160 acres, was started at £7 and was passed in.
