EXTRA AUCKLAND EXPRESS TRAINS. From Ist June to Bth June inclusive (except Sunday) an extra express train for Auckland will leave Wellington at 2 p.m., Palmerston North 5.1-1 p.m. Ou days which this train runs the ordinaryup express train (Palmerston North dep. 3.57 p.m.) will not take up passengers at Palmerston North. From Ist to Bth June inclusive (except Saturday) an express train lor Wellington will leave Auckland at 7.40 p.m. On days on which this train runs, the ordinary express leaving Auckland at 7-10 p.m. will not take up passengers at Mercer, Palmerston North, or any intermediate stations-ex-cept Waimarino. On Thursday, 3rd June, the New Plvmouth-Wellington down mail train will not stop at Otaki, but will stop at Manakau to permit passengers for Otaki to be transferred to the 5.17 p.m. train from Manakau.
