SETTLEMENT APPROVED
Auckland. Feb. 9.
The Auckland branch of the Federated Seamen’s Union considered the tentative settlement arrived at bv the Wellington conference. There is no official statement, but there is good reason to believe that the settlement has been accepted bv the local union.
