Palmerston N., Feb. 3. The Heathcote Williams Shield cricket match was continued in fine weather to-day. Christchurch High Schoo] in their first innings realised 220 (King 41 and Powell 24). K. Hodder did the hat trick with the last three wickets and took five for 74. Palmerston replied with 2-12 (Sollitt 22. K. Hodder 93, M. Hodder £4). Crawford 7 'for 76. Christchurch have lost one wicket for 39 in their second innings and now require 189 to win.
