BIG U.S. LOANS TO GERMANY AND AUSTRIA. Copenhagen, Jan. 4. A New Y’ork banker interviewed in Berlin said that Austria and Germany would share largely in the proposed big loans for Europe for which America’s official sanction was not needed. It was a case of business men lending for business purposes. The money would be usable for the purchase of goods and raw materials.—(United Service.)
