TO-NIGHT’S PICTURES.

EVERYBODY’S THEATRE, HASTINGS. CONSTANCE TALMADGE-ALICE JOYCE. Constance Talmadge, in. “A Pair of Silk Stockings, and Alice Joyce in “The Spark Divine," have been responsible for attracting large houses to the popular house of entertainment. Everybody's, and both these film favourites do splendid work in their respective stories. Constance Talmadge, brighter, prettier, spicier and more tantalising that ever. Her role this time is "A Pair of Silk Stockings,’’ and this delightful stageplay is a luscious and captivating movie. It never stops * from the first quarrel about the make of a motor car, till Sonnie ties her exhaust up with the notorious silk' stockings, and locks him away as a burgler. “A Spark Divine,” gives Alice Joyce every opportunity for her glorious screen personality, and in these society numbers she excels, as her rare beauty is enhanced by beautiful surroundings and up-to-date frocking and in this Vitagraph Blue Ribbon Feature she has both. Comedy has full swing in the L.K.O. two-reeler "Dipper Dan’s Doings” and some new novelties make many laughs for all. The latest Gezette is replete with items of the greatest interest, and builds up a fine bill. The masterly rendering of the incidental music by Everybody's Orchestra, is indeed a treat too good to miss. To-night is the last screening of Constance Talmadge and Alice Joyce, and another good house should farewell these two firm favourites. The box plan is at Hall’s, oAeeati may be reserved bv 'phoning Everybody s 1266.
