THE CRASH.
AIR MINISTRY’S REPORT. NO FAUI/T WITH ’PLANE. London, Dec. 30. Th* Air Ministry’s report on the Surbiton disaster adds that there is no evidence of the failure of any part of aeroplane or engine. The Committee of Inquiry expresses the opinion that the accident was due to the machine getting into a spin at an altitndo which dia not allow tho pilot to regain control. The committee condemn* the practice of enclosing pilots in cockpits with windows, obscuring the view, and which may have been an important factor in the loss of control. (A and N.Z.) . .
