BOLSHEVIK ADVANCE ON RICA.
London, July 6. A Bolshevik message states:—The Centum Landwehr attacked on July 5 in the direction of Riga. All the enemy soldiers were drunk and they lort severely. We counter-attacked <»i» the morning of July 6, have broken the enemy’s lines and are now pushing on to Riga.
GERMAN EVACUATION OF LETT LAND.
•.Received 8, 12.30 p.m.) Copenhagen, July 4. As a result of Allied mediation an armistice between the Esthonians and the German troops was signed at Riga on July 3rd. It provides that the Imperial German troop* evacuate LetUand quickly and both Imperial and Baltic Landwehr leave Riga by July sth.—(Reuter). THE FATE OF FETRRGRAO. BESTS WITH ALLIED DIPLOMATS.
