fTO THE EDITOR. 1 Sir.—At the annual meeting- today. the chairman (Mr. IL W . liver, fa. Al.), mentioned matters which were discussed in committee, to wit, the voting on the motion that licensees should produce their leases. While I am personally of the opinion that the voting in committee .should not have been disclosed, j think Lhiu.
