FLAW IN BIGAMY LAW.
Wellington. June 5 The Minister of Justice proposes to bring before Cabinet the decision of the Appeal Court that the present Lav.’ forbidding bigamy is ineffective. A further question "has been raised as to whether several persons who are now serving sentences for bigamy should not be released.
