Some desirable house properties are being put up for sale and the terms are exceptionally easy. At the present time building is almost prohibitive and a ready' sale for such properties as are advertised in this issue is sure to eventuate. Picot leaves lor Ballarat by the end of the month this is an absolute unreserved sale. Air. Picot, has not been long in Hastings and every lino has been well and tastefully bought, the gran aphone is a beauty.
