PENALTIES.—The winner of any , race, after the declaration of weights may be re-handicapped bv the handicapper. BULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Description, age, pedigree and name of trainer must accompany al! nominations. 2. Entries must be accompanied by cash, cheque, or post office order. 3. All races to be run under New Zealand Rules of Racing. 4.
