THE GERMAN WAY. OF STAMPING OUT SPARTACISM. PRISONERS MERCILESSLY MACHINE-GUNNED. (Received 19„ 2.10 p.m.) London, Alarch 15. The “ Daily Express’ ” Berlin correspondent states that Government troops assembled 200 Spartaeist prisoners in the courtyard of Moabite prison, manacled them in pairs anil ordered them to march into a space covered by machine-guns, which thereupon opened fire. Most of them fell dead. Those who writhed were riddled until all r.m.ement had ceased. The courtyard was drenched with blood, the bodies were thrown into carts and then taken and flung into a common grace.

The correspondent says that these executions will continue daily until Spartacism is exterminated. —(A. and N.Z.)
