ARREST OF THE ENVER GANG. London, Dec. 4. Advices from Constantinople state that at the request of the Ottoman Government, the Berlin Government has ordered the arrest of Enver, Talaat, Djemal, and Nazim Pashas and Shukri Bey, who had taken refuge in Germany. The Ottoman Government arrested 200 young Turks, including Ferri Bey, who were proceeding to Odessa with half a-million pounds of Turkish money amassed at Aleppo in a month. TURKISH FLEET IN ALLIED HANDS. (Received 6, 11.20 a.m.) New York, Dec. 5. The entire Turkish fleet is in the Allies hands.—(Argus).
