PROHIBITION OF SPIRITS. IN NORTHERN FRANCE. [AUSTRALIAN AND N-Z. OABLB ABB’N.i Paris, Nov. 28. The Government, acceding to the request of the British military authorities, is prohibiting the consumption of spirits in Northern France.
