Christiania, Jan. 26.
Official. —Concerning the AngloNorwegian disputes the Government is investigating the alleged illegal export of fish. It seems probable that minor officials have not controlled the export with sufficient care. More stringent measures will be ordered, and the Government will impress 011 all persons the serious difficulty that may. possibly arise unless they observe the international agreement. The Government considers that Britain and Norway view the copper agreement differently. Norway has always observed it according to her interpretation.
