j ! ANNUAL SPORTS. | (Own Correspondent.) Tho Dannevirke High School Sports took place on the Recreation Grounds yesterday. The weather was fine but a breeze sprung up during the day and towards evening it was blowing fairly hard and rain commenced to’ fa 1 just as they were finishing. There was a good attendance, and all the events were well contested and some good finishes and records resulted. A Red Cross ( sweets stall was on the ground, and afternoon tea provided.
