THE NEW YORK EXPLOSION.

EMBARGO ON SHIPMENTS LIFTED (Received 11, 2.25 p.m.) New York, Aug. 10. The embargo on munitions shipments, consequent tc the explosion, has been lifted by the Court as a result of the suit of the Canadian Car Foundry Co. Erling Iverson and Exel Larsen, Norwegians, are held as suspects in connection with the explosion. They were found to hold suspicious papers.
