Postmaster Parcels for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe are sent by direct steamers only. Correspondence for United Kingdom via Suez must be specially addressed. The publie are earnestly requested to register all letters containing money or valuables intended to be sent- by post. Money Orders, Registered Letters and Pai cels Poet Parcels close thirty minutes before the ordinary mail. As correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship it is urged that in order to avoid delays that such correspondence be posted in ample time for the mail, the day previous to its despatch if possible.
