Wellington, July 3. Advice has been received that the transports conveying the 12th Reinforcements have reached their destination. NAVY LEAGUE. NAPIER BRANCH. The treasurers of the Navy League Qlessrs. F. J. Stopford and J. .R. Crerar) acknowledge the following subscriptions to the (Sailors’ Dependants’ Fund:— £ s. d. Mrs. W. The following donations have been; received in Napier:— The committee of the Taradale Wounded Soldiers’ Fund acknowledge the following gifts with thanks: —Miss I. BicKneU’s band of knitters (Puketapu), 12 pairs of sox (wool supplied by Mrs. Lowry North); Mrs. Swansegar, 3 pairs mittens.

Miss M. White, Hastings street, has received on behalf of the Red Cross and S. John Ambulance Association clothing, etc., from the following :—Mrs. Major Richardson, Miss Jardine, Mrs. Tom Hutchinson, Hukarere Girls’ School, .Havelock North Girls’ Friendly Society, Mrs. Ralston (Poukawa), Cottage Farm (Pukehou), Keep-on League, Mesdames von Dadelszen, Ford Franklin (Havelock North), Gamby, Havelock North Red Cross.

Miss King acknowledges, on behalf of the Red Cross and St. John Ambulance, clothing, etc., from the following: — Rissington Women s Work Association, Mrs. Paul Hunter, St. John Nursing Division Mrs. Matthews (Tikokino), Women’s National Reserve, Mesdames Newbould, Parsons, “L.C.”, Brown (Nelson Crescent), J. H. Coleman, T. Cottrell, J. Riggir (Whetukura), Merritt (Clive), children of Meanee School, Standard 11., Main School (per Miss McVay). During the month of June two. large cases were forwarded to Wellington containing 631 garments and articles, 793 roller and triangular bandages. Also 100 garments to King George s Hospital, Rotorua; 33 garments to invalid soldiers, Napier Hospital. Napier Soldiers’ Club.—Mr. E. Holt. East Cape, £lO.
