The "Daily Mail” declares that the decision at the Ulster Nationalist conference constitutes a great triumph for Mr. Redmond, who staked his career on the acceptance of Mr. Lloyd George’s proposals. Mr. Lloyd George telegraphed to Mr. Devlin (N., West Belfast), congratulating him on the results of the Nationalist Ulster Convention. Apparently Mr. Lloyd George considers that the vote of the Convention has decided the fate of the negotiations. LORD SELBOURNE’fJ RESIGNATION. London, June 26. Lord Seibourne has resigned the Presidency of the Board of Agriculture. He will make a statement in the House of Lords on Tuesday. The "Morning Post” says that Lord Seibourne’s resignation is due to his dissent from Mr. Lloyd George’s Irish negotiations. Other Ministers may resign also.
