IX PRODUCTION OF MUNITIONS. (11.-eeiv cd 2, 9 a.m.) London, Sept. 1. The 'rimes” ccrrespodent at Rome says a decree has been promulgated regulating the production of animunition. Private factories are working for lae State, and placing their workmen, whether military or civilians, on an equality. Liberty to apply to lhe authorities io settle disputi's is not allowed to interrupt work. The centralising- of production is proceeding over seven areas under military direction and the (lovernment is empowered to commandeer all the arms establishments.
