The Greek press dt scribes the Turko-Bulgarion agreement as one which will tighten the bonds of the Serbo-Greek entente. The Bulgarian Legation informed the 'Petit Parisien” that the agreeinen. was not com-ludcd and that Bulgaria does not dream of attacking Serbia. THE GERMAN LOAN. Athens. Aug. 7. Out of the new Bulgarian loan a sum ofjSixty million francs is devoted to paying off previous bonds, sixty million represents Bulgaria’s indebtedness to France, which is taken over by the bank. The German Government is placing an embargo against the payment ami Bulgaria receives the remainder in cash.
