Out of the new Bulgarian loan a sum ofjSixty million francs is devoted to paying off previous bonds, sixty million represents Bulgaria’s indebtedness to France, which is taken over by the bank. The German Government is placing an embargo against the payment ami Bulgaria receives the remainder in cash.
