The ■ ('•uriere d Italia ’ publishes a. note that the Pope is working for a peace which will respect, the right of nations. He will not advocate tins or that people, not even his own Italian. His voice ought to resound in solrmu admonition to those desiring to impose peace without regarding the rights of oppressed peoples. The paper commends this to the careful consideration of Germany and every other nation experiencing remorse of conscience.
