It is hoped that the Government’s action will induce people to dispose of the wheat without further Government interference. GERMAN SUGAR. EXPORTED TO ENGLAND. London, Sept. 21. Despite the prohibition on the export of sugar from Holland, German merchants are selling and obtaining payment through Holland. The British Government has forbidden the import of sugar through Holland.
