A gentleman travelling in Belgium describes two big Gorman 52 centimeter (20.865 inches) siege guns. He states that 26 traction engines are required to haul each of them. DISGRACE TO THE GERMANS (Received 26, 12.20 p.m.) Antwerp, Sept. 25. Herr Libknecht. in an interview after the tour, declared that he would inform his compatriots of the conditions of Belgian towns, which were a disgrace to the Germans.
