A case in which Ngaha Ngawaki claimed £794 14/5 from Tamati Nikera and Tepora Nikera for wrongful conversion of money was referred to the Registrar. A claim made by Emily Douglas (of Hastings) against W’ibiaru John Douglas (of Te Mahanga) for alteration of the will of the late A. F. Douglas was set down for hearing at Wellington.
