INCREASED FREIGHTS. INQUIRY INTO CAUSES. (Received 22, 11 a.m.) Melbourne, Sept. 22. Tlie Minister of Africulture conferred with the shipping representatives for an explanation of the increased freight charges and altered routes and the control of the Admiralty exercised over vessels. Cabinet considered the matter and decided to postpone ‘letion pending further information from New Zealand. CARGOES ON INTERNED SHIPS CONSIGNEES TO SEND PARTICULARS.
