AUSTRIA.
A GENERAL ARRESTED AND SHOT. ANOTHER GENERAL SUICIDES. (Received 22, 1.25 p.m.) Rome, Sept. 21. A telegram from Vienna states that- the Austrians court inartialled and shot General Vcdinavski, o? Slav origin. They accused him of spying. They also shot ihe Slav stationmaster at Lemberg. It is reported that: General Frorfich. who was removed from command of the cavalry division which was nearly annihilated, has vomniitted suicide.
