ON THE EVE OF REVOLT. RIOTS IX VIENNA. Rome. Sept. 19. Vienna reports received state that rioting took place the windows of the War Ministry being smashed. It is stated that the Russitns captured altogether 1000 Austrian guns. The newspapers are trying to divert attention to the campaign in France. . The mass of Hie people pin their faith on Germany, but the anxiety is deepening. Commerce and industry is paralysed throughout the Monarchy. The unemployed problem is serious and hundreds art* engaged constructing fortifications at Vienna, where 70,000 Galician refugees have arrived. DOWN WITH AUSTRIA. (Received 21, 9.10 a.m.) Rome, Sept. 20. The mob at Innspruck. the capital of Tyrol, raided shops displaying portraits of Gen. Teonrad, Coin-mander-iii-Chief. and other prominent war promoters, and burnt them in the street amid cries of "Down with Austria !”
