BLOCKADE OF TSINGTAO. TOKIO, Sept. 19. OFFICIAL. — Japanese troops were landed in Haoshan Bay. The Japanese state that the German troops in Tsingtau number 6000. There are also several hundreds ol civil guards. Japanese aeroplanes dropped bombs on the German ships and wireless electric station at Kiaochau. It is believed that a ship was blown up. Peking, Sept. 19. Baron ron Eisenbach, second-see-retary to the Legation, was killed in an engagement with the Japanese. The Germans report that an aem plane dropped bombs on the Japan esc. killing thirty .
