MUNICIPAL LINKS AT ■WELLINGTON. [per press association.] Wellington, Aug. 20. The Wellington City Council decided to-night to form a nine hole municipal golf links on portion of the town belt. A nominal charge will be made for the uge of the course and it is estimated that there will be an annual revenue of £5OO, while the cost of the upkeep will not exceed £3OO.
