Mrs. Pankhurst, for three-quarters of an hour, addressed a large crowd from the balcony of a private house in Glebe Place. At the close of the address a party of wometi, one resembling Mrs. Pankhurst, ran out and escaped after a scuffle. The detectives continue to guard Glebe Place.
