FATAL STREET BRAWL.

[per press association.] Wellington, Feb. 18.. John Alfred Tucker appeared in Jie Magistrate’s Court to-day charged with wilfully murdering John Henry Gallagher, who died as the result of a blow struck during a street row last_ Saturday evening. Evidence was given as to a disagreement in a hotel bar and an adjourfr meat to the street, where the a& ceased struck at the accused, .whohit back, and Gallagher fell. The deceased was drunk, but Tucker was sober. The further hearing was adjourned till Friday.
