CHINESE BANDITS CAUSING ALARM. '
[per press association —oomaon.] (Rceived 17, 9.35 Peking, Feb. 16. The Government is misdpprehensive regarding the “ White'Wolves ” rebellion. Thirty thousand troops are forming cordons, attempting to hem them in. It is officially admitted that many army officers are assisting the rebels, which are- increasing in number daily. ________
